She was predeceased by: her parents, John Klug and Eva Klug (Peck); her brothers, Gary and Ronald (Joe H. McCormick); and her son John H. "Jack" McCormick.

She is survived by: her son James A. McCormick (Kathleen) of Hammondsport, NY; her daughter-in-law Mary; her grandchildren, Shannon Bolender (Richard) of Wheatfield, NY and Christopher McCormick (Katie) of Fairport, NY; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Bolender, Cameron Bolender and Mason McCormick; and her sister-in-law Evelyn McCormick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
