She is survived by: her parent Geraldine Shattuck Moon; her husband Jack Quanz; her sons, Michael Quanz (Niki) of Horseheads, NY., Zachary Quanz of Bath, NY. and Byron Quanz; and her brothers, Terry Moon of Hornell, NY and Kim Moon (Patricia) of Hornell, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
