He is survived by: his children, Melody Morgan and William "Billy"; his grandchildren, Zachari, Nicholas, Jordan, Luke, Ryian, Fayth, Alexander, Steven, John, Travis, Jazmin, Kaydence, Syvanna, Carolynn and Anakin; his siblings, David Morgan and Sandra Martin; and his close friend Lora Morgan. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Bill's honor.
