He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer George Ball and Elizabeth Susan "Betty" Ball; and his sister Rita Arlene Graham of Rochester, NY.. He is survived by: his nieces, Margaret Graham-Smith of Lancaster, PA and Patricia Beal of Bailey, CO.; and his great-niece Nora Haskins of King.
