He was predeceased by: his father Edward L. Foley. He is survived by: his mother Jeanne Callan Foley Nichols of Batavia; and his siblings, Edward Foley (Barbara) of Batavia, James Foley (Mary) of Sandwich, IL, David Foley (Mary) of Batavia, Laura Michalek (Patrick) of Bennington and Charles Foley (Maria) of Batavia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunt, uncles and cousins.
