We are sad to announce that on July 24, 2024, at the age of 83, Thomas A. Mika Sr. (Batavia, New York), born in Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Thomas farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Thomas is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mika and Helen Uzydegan Mika; and his brothers, Walter "Mike" Mika, Jr. and James Mika. He is survived by: his wife Ro Mika; his children, Thomas Mika, Jr., Matthew Mika, Jill-Marie Mika and Andrew Mika; and his sister Marcia Stevens. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter.
