She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Conklin and Geraldine Conklin (Milewski). She is survived by: her sons, John Petry, III and Daniel Petry; her grandchildren, Julia Petry and John Petry IV (L. J.); her siblings, Joe Conklin (Linda), Jerry Conklin (Ellen), Bruce Conklin, William Conklin (Mary) and Marsha Pagel (David); her stepsiblings, Donna Banicky (Maureen), Mary Wellick (Greg) and John Peters (Christine); her husband John; her sister-in-law Debbie; and her stepsiblings, Kenneth Peters, Shirly Squires and Eva Houston.
