It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan M. Mondi of Batavia, New York, born in Utica, New York, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donald Hensel; her son Matthew Mondi; and her brother Paul Hensel. She is survived by: her children, Peter J. Mondi III (Rebecca), E. Bethany, Carolyn Della Penna (Thomas) of Batavia and Shannon Kabel (Rick); her stepdaughter Ryan Swift (Ray Fisher) of Lancaster; her brothers, Scott Hensel (Margaret) of Vero Beach, FL., Don Hensel (Debby) of Whitesboro and Robin Hensel (Renee) of Conesus; and her grandchildren, Matt, Andrea, Sydney, Samantha, Madalyn, Christopher, Kyle and Cooper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
