The passing of Spencer Wriley Schmidt of Batavia, New York leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 9, 2025 at the age of 22. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Krysten and Edward; his brother Jordyn Schmidt; his grandparents, Bill, Tarynn Willson and Helene Schmidt (late Bud Schmidt); and his aunts and uncles, Denice Simpson (Lee), Steve Schmidt (Ellen), Mark Schmidt (Tammy), Linda Beckinghausen (Dave), Matthew Willson, Travis Willson, Adam Willson (Kate), Shalayne Willson, Laycee Willson and Kalyssa Willson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Northgate Free Methodist Church (8160 Bank Street Rd, Batavia, NY 14020). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Batavia Youth Baseball PO Box 1828 Batavia, NY 14021 where a scholarship will be made in Spencer's name.
