She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Chmielowiec and Helen Argulski Chmielowiec; her close friend Douglas Bates; her siblings, Genevieve Waclawski (John), Raymond Chmielowiec (Helen) and Jack Chmielowiec (Irene); her nieces, Jeanette Bangs (Steve) and Dolores Clark; and also Cindy Miano.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Ann Chmielowiec; her nieces and nephews, Patricia Merton, Jack Chmielowiec (Patty), Robert Chmielowiec (Pat), Ronald Chmielowiec (Cathy), Donald Chmielowiec (Cheryl), Carol Wittman (late Dennis), Jerome Waclawski (Marjorie), Barbara Oltman (Marlin) and Anthony Waclawski (Kathie); and also, Mark Bates (Sue Ellan) and Scott Bates (Sue). She is also survived by Several great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews as well as cousins.
