He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tracy and Margaret Tracy (Rogers); his siblings, James, Jean, William and John; and his brother-in-law Frank Spiotta.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Tracy (Spiotta) of Batavia; his daughter Alisa Tracy of Batavia; his sisters, Judy D'Angelo of Avon and Marge Goodwin of LeRoy; and his sister-in-law Susan Spiotta of Batavia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
