He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Neth and Rose Neth (Donahue). He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Neth (Ruzzi) of Batavia; his sons, John Neth (Julie), Michael Neth (Tonya) of Birmingham, AL and Stephen Neth (Anna) of Nashville, TN; his grandchildren, Gary Neth (Jennifer), Gregory Neth (Jessica), Jamie Neth (Alicia) and Ruby Neth; and his great grandchildren, Charley, Corrie, Liam and Niko. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in the form of masses.
