He is survived by: his sister Carol Merriman of Batavia; his nephew Jesse Merriman of Buffalo; his nieces, Heather Merriman of Buffalo and Courtney Kopper of Batavia; and his close friends, Rev. David, Carol Weidman of Akron, Rev. Pamela, Wesley Klotzbach of Basom and Peter Baudanza of Batavia.
