Richard B. Nichols Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard B. Nichols of Batavia, New York, who passed away on April 1, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Dayton Nichols and Gladys Nichols (Sheffer); his half-brothers, Robert Cheeseman and Warren Cheeseman; and his nephew Bobby Cheeseman.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Nichols of Batavia; his sons, Rodney B. Nichols (Nancy) of Rochester, Edward B. Nichols (Julie) of Batavia, Ken Nichols (Mary) of Bergen and Ronald D. Nichols (Jennifer) of Niagara Falls; his grandchildren, Emma, Erin, Connlan, Caleb, Abby and Logan; and his sister Gloria Helfeldt of Hurst, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
