He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Jamialkowski and Mary Brzeczkowski Jamialkowski; his wife Dorothy Ann "D. A." Jamalkowski; and his brother Carl. He is survived by: his siblings, Leo, Stanley, Victor, Steven, Henry, Irene, Genevieve and Florence Jamalkowski; his son Thomas Jamalkowski of Batavia; and his brother-in-law William "Butch" Walters (Judith) of Macedon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
