He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Randall and Mary Bell Roth Randall. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ames Randall; his sons, David P. Randall (Laura) and Todd M. Randall; his grandchildren, Wesley F. Randall, Emily M. DeSantis (Joe) and Collin M. Randall; his great grandchildren, Vito, Wilam DeSantis and Abigail Randall; and his sister Pat Spring. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
