She was predeceased by: her parents, George Donnelly and Gladys Norton Donnelly; her son Shawn Bernard; and her sisters, Eileen Muoio, Elsie Buckman, Eleanor Fisher and June Zito.
She is survived by: her husband William "Jack" Bernard of Batavia. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
