He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Jacobs and Mildred Jacobs (Bastian); his wife Mary A. Jacobs (Maniace); his sisters, Judy Ryan and Ann Lamie (Lawrence); and his niece Tammy Wolff.
He is survived by: his children, Neil P. Jacobs (Luanne) and Patricia M. Barnes; his grandchildren, Taylor Jacobs (John Pisanzio), Jenna Jacobs and Joshua Jacobs (Mary); his great grandchild Adelyn Jacobs; and his siblings, Linda Wolff (Richard) of Batavia and Larry Jacobs of Florida. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren as well as his other family members and friends.
