He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Dancy and Gertrude Dancy (Snodgrass); and his sister Ramona Garrett (late Roy). He is survived by: his wife Helen Dancy (Smart) of Batavia; his children, Gail Frega (William) of The Villages, Cindy Baker (Daniel) of Batavia and Timothy Dancy (Megan Dailey) of Cape Coral, Florida; his grandchildren, Ryan, Amy Doxtater, Lindsey Dailey and Nicole Dancy; and his great grandchildren, Ayden Rindell, Ryleigh, Mason and Chloe Finch.
