She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Cummings and Betty McLaggan; and her brothers, Donald and Jay Cummings. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth N. Alfes of Batavia; her children, Chad Caccamise (Wendy) of Batavia, Kimberly Alfes of Cheektowaga and Keith Alfes of Cheektowaga; her sisters, Joyce Gold of Depew and Peggy Thompson (Dave) of Churchville; and her grandchildren, Sara Borlaug (Michael), Stephen Christner (Katherine) and Emily Caccamise. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
