He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Agnes; and his siblings, Patrick J. Woodward and Ellen Woodward. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie S. Woodward (Schroeder) of Oakfield; his children, Jennifer Woodward, Mark Woodward (Michelle) of Oakfield, Kyle Woodward (Stephanie Wirth) of Old Greenwich, CT, Eric Woodward (Jessica Alexyn) of Oakfield, Stephanie Maloney (Patrick) of Rehoboth, MA, Karie Credi (Robert) of Rochester, Reice Woodward of Oakfield and Lakin Woodward of Oakfield; his siblings, Sharon O'Toole (Frederick) of Lyons and Timothy Woodward (Maria) of Batavia; and his grandchildren, Paige Hickenbottom, Alison, Michael, Leah, Cameron, Eve Woodward, Conor Maloney and Xavier Credi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorial contributions be made toward the Mike Woodward Conservation Legacy tribute, which is a major effort already underway by Ducks Unlimited, with a goal of raising $2.5 million dollars in Mike's honor.
