He is survived by: his father Leonard Coffta; his children, Megan Dennis (Todd) and Matt Coffta (Brittany); his grandchildren, Maddison, Mason Dennis and Bryn Coffta; his siblings, Jim Coffta (Chris), Michelle Hollander (Randy) and Kathy Coffta Sims (John); his niece Amy Collver (Ed); his great-niece Hannah Collver; his siblings, Suzanne Webster (Robert), Joseph Coffta (Darlene) and Jeffrey Coffta (Stephanie); and his caregiver Lex. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
