It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Jeanne (McIntire) Worthington (Batavia, New York), born in Barnesboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William DeHaven and Mary Belle DeHaven (Irvin); her son Rodney H. McIntire; her husbands, Rev. Harold E. "Mac" McIntire and George Russell "Russ" Worthington; her brother James DeHaven; and her stepgrandson Justin Jacobs.
She is survived by: her siblings, G. Donald DeHaven and Eleanor Propst; her children, Linda Chamberlain (Duane) of Lakeland, FL, Cinda DeFreze (David) of Lakeland, FL and Randy McIntire (Colleen) of Lakeland, FL; her grandchildren, Christopher Chamberlain (Lisa) of Syracuse, Shannon Beardsley (Steve) of Piffard, Gregory DeFreze of Rochester, Lisa Lavrey (Christopher) of Batavia and Jeffery McIntire Reynolds (Cynthia); her great grandchildren, Lindsay Chamberlain, Benjamin Chamberlain, Andrew Beardsley, Joshua Beardsley, Trenton DeFreze, Gabriella DeFreze, Jaydon DeFreze, Mackenzie Lavrey, Derek McIntire, Kayla McIntire, Randy McIntire II, Kayla Reynolds, Brianna Reynolds and Julia Reynolds; her siblings-in-law, Lois DeHaven of Mayville, Janice Fortner, Barbara McIntire, Edward Worthington of Batavia and Paul Worthington (Beverly); her stepchildren, George Worthington (Clara) of Marion, John Worthington of Batavia, David Worthington (Elaine) and Thomas Worthington (Alyson); her stepgrandchildren, Heather Wertz (Jason), Waverly Grutadtaurio (Mark), Daniel Worthington, Winifred Gildner (Scott), Anna Patnode (Raymond), Patty Jacobs (James), Kenneth Worthington (Bonnie), Cheryl Finn (Michael), Cara Worthington, Melinda Brown (Brandon), Paige Worthington and Erik Worthington; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Scott Gilder, Selma Fisher (George), Raymond Patnode IV, Darlene Klineline (Shawn), John Jacobs, Meghan Jacobs, Jeramy Jacobs, Samantha Finn, Abigail Finn, Caleb Finn, Brianna Worthington, Nathan Tolson and Emily Brawn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great-nephews.
