She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Ray of McConnelsville; and her grandparents, Bradford, Faye Cunningham and Luciel Bean Luce. She is survived by: her mother Carol Hathaway of Varysburg; her husband Thomas J. Boxler; her children, Laken Urtel (Joe), Bradford Boxler and Gregory Boxler; her stepfather Darryl Hathaway; her siblings, Richard Ray (Tammy), Lori Helm (Keith) and Krystal Sergeant (Scotty); and her grandchildren, Talon George, Sicilia Urtel and Brielle Boxler. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
