He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dehm and Anna Dehm (Wahl); his wife Teresa Dehm (Tretter); and his brothers, Harold, Donald and Robert.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ray Dehm and Annamae Herholtz; and his children, Marie Peterson (Craig), John Dehm (Laurie) and Jayne Mariano (Mark). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
