He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Maiola and Maddalena Maiola; his son Joey Maiola; and his brother Mario Maiola. He is survived by: his children, Michela, Anthony (Amy), Elisabetta Schwartz (Scott) and Gerlanda; his grandchildren, Henry, Lucy, Nora, Rosie, Corina-Marie, Adalenna, Emilio and Natalia; his sister Clara Della Valle (Alfredo); and his sister-in-law Concetta Maiola.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the H. E. Turner & Co. (403 E Main St, Batavia, NY 14020). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 12:45 PM. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Western New York National Cemetery (1254 Indian Falls Rd, Corfu, NY 14036).
