He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. Bartz Sr. and Ruth V. Dutton (Noel); his wife Diane "Dee Dee" Tomaselli Bartz; his children, Kelly Bartz and Risa Helene Bartz; and his sister Carol Irrera.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael (John Couri) of Batavia, Eric (Sherrilyn) of Batavia and Christian Bartz (Celina) of Batavia; his grandchildren, Taylor, Madeleine, Noelle, Leda, Nina and Risa; his great grandchildren, Maple and Walden; his siblings, Albert Bartz (Gerri), Ronald Bartz (Sandy) and Rosemary Graff (late Bob); and his in-laws, George Tomaselli, Jim Tomaselli (Connie Chatley), Georginne Tomaselli and Nancy Tomaselli. He is also survived by several godchildren as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins.
