He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Kopper; his daughters, Jonni Jo Carothers (Nathan) of Mooresville and Jeannie Putnam (Collin) of Lincolnton; his grandchildren, Tyler Putnam (Fallyn), Kayla Putnam (Hunter), Abigail Carothers and Harrison Carothers; his great grandchild Layton Putnam; and his siblings, Hope Keech of Alabama, Leon Keech, III of Pennsylvania, Bryon Keech of Pennsylvania and Mike Keech of Pennsylvania.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home (405 N Dixie St, Cherryville, NC 28021). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Stamey-Cherryville Funeral Home Chapel (405 N Dixie St, Cherryville, NC 28021).
