He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kujawski and Sophia Kujawski (Weglewska); his wife Dorothy Kujawski (Kisiel); his siblings, John (Florence), Louis, Martin (Florence), Anthony (Natalie), Alphonso (Rose Mary), Joseph (Mildred), Luella Suchy (Karl), Helen Pigula (Mike), Francis Wade (Stuart) and Anna Sass (John); and his brother-in-law Harry Malczewski.
He is survived by: his children, Henry Kujawski, Jr. of Batavia and Karen Sherwood (Stamford) of Vero Beach, FL; his grandson Dustin Anderson (Preston Whitt) of Washington, D. C.; and his sister Marion Malczewski of LakeView, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
