She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Cotter; her son Tim Fleck; and her siblings, Mabel Hale, Bertha Downey, Loretta Sackel, Mary Shultz, Jeanette Shultz, Norman Hale and Donald Hale.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Smith (Al), Teresa Doran, Jeannin Sigler (Kevin), Linda Cotter, Stephen Cotter (Vickie) and Shirley Boyd (Dan); and her sister Mary Jane Fugle. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 63 great grandchildren and 23 great-great grandchildren.
