He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bell and Ruth Moore Bell (Moore); and his son Timothy E. Bell. He is survived by: his wife Sally M. Bell (Little); his children, Kevin C. Bell of Upper Jay, NY and Heather R. Bell of Oakfield; his granddaughter Clara Jean Murphy; and his brother Robert Bell (Deborah) of Elba.
