She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sformo and Florence Sformo (Falkowski); her former husband Frank "Windy" Pontillo; and her siblings, Genevieve Jacobs (George), Helen (Peter), James Sformo (Lena), Larry Sformo (Linda) and Alice Sformo.
She is survived by: her son Michael "Goose" Pontillo (Deborah) of Batavia; her grandsons, Frank Pontillo (Lola) of Liberty Hill, TX and Vincent Pontillo (Brooke) of Batavia; her great grandchildren, Angelina, Serena, Benjamin and Nina; and her sisters, Lorraine Dilcher (Karl), Marcy Wiecher (Fran) and Rosemary Christian (Walter). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
