He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia O'Neill (Garlock); and his son Kevin O'Neill. He is survived by: his daughters, Patti Jo O'Neill of Caledonia, Cheryl O'Neill (Ri Sipes) of Pleasant Hill, CA., Shana Lasher of Henrietta, Colleen Alton (Allen) of Hamlin and Karen DeFelice (Mark) of Pavilion; and his daughter-in-law Kim O'Neill of Alexander. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Catholic Charities (Genesee County) 25 Liberty St. #7 in Batavia or Meals on Wheels (Office for the Aging) 2 Bank St. in Batavia.
