He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Case and Enid Case (Kendall); his siblings, Frederick, Ronald Case, Norma Greiner and Judy Hartman; and his nephew James Wilcox.
He is survived by: his son Christopher Case; his brothers, Robert Case (Sandy) and Scott Case (Mary); his sisters-in-law, Rosemary Case and Gail Case; and his nieces and nephews, Carrie, Christy, Katie, Danielle, Michelle, Jennifer, Debbie, John, Lincoln, Tyler, Mark and Adam.
