She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Ames and Florence Ames (Eichenberger); and her son Daniel Scott. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Scott (Elizabeth), Anne Bird (Richard), Steven Scott (Becky Green) and Karen Laney (Brian); her daughter-in-law Kim Scott; her siblings, Joyce Randall and Donald Ames (Mary Ellen); her grandchildren, Katelyn Lee (Dave), Jason Scott (Brianna), Justin Bird (Brittany), Jenna Bird, Jared Bird, Trista Scott, Kailine Scott, Casey Scott-Songin (Alexei), Sarah Scott (Kirk), Sonya Davis (Jason), Ethan Laney (Ashley) and Kellie Buchanan (Rob); her great grandchildren, Madison, Harper, Adalynn, Elliana, Dylann, Colette, Dayton, Carson, Morgan and Nolan; and her pet Walker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gilmartin Funeral Home & Cremation Company, Inc. (329-333 W Main St, Batavia, NY 14020).
