She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Skrapits and Mary Graff Skrapits; her siblings, Pauline Reiter (Mary Robb), Stephan Skrapits, Joseph Skrapits and Frank Skrapits; and her husband Ray Chmielowiec.
She is survived by: her children, Edwin Daniel Urbaniak of Batavia and Janis Wiggans (Dale) of Greenville, SC; and her stepgrandchildren, Kent Wiggans of Phoenix, AZ and Michelle Suitor (Paul). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
