She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Rudolph and Mildred Rudolph Corliss (Michel); her husband Wayne Phelps; her son Bryan Phelps; and her siblings, Richard Rudolph, Donald Rudolph (late Jean) and Lois Pond (late Lawrence).
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Phelps (Joan) of Basom and MaryJo Hinkson of Basom; her daughter-in-law Dana Phelps of Corfu; and her sister-in-law Jean Rudolph of Akron.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Indian Falls Global Methodist Church, 7908 Allegany Road, Corfu, New York 14036.
