He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmanuel Richter and Ruth Hahn Richter. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Richter; and his children, Gabe Richter, Luke Richter and Veronica Johnson. He is also survived by his four grandchildren and his four dogs.
