He is survived by: his children, Michael Slaughter (Sarah) of Newark Valley and Jessica Clark of Corning, NY; his grandchildren, Kaiden and Riley Slaughter; his children, Mckenzie Callahan Miller, Gavin Clark and Dylan Clark; and his sister Karen Smith. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
