He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Lichtenberger (Cady); his wife Kelly Clark of Anthony's Catholic Church; his children, Alexis (Bryce), Stephen (Antoinette), Kevin (Dasha) and Meghan (Lucas); his grandchildren, Lincoln and Harper; his brother Jeffrey; and his parents-in-law, Kathleen and Daniel Clark. He is also survived by several sisters and brothers-in-law, many nieces and nephews, a great nephew.
