He was predeceased by: his parents, William Prosser and Evelyn Prosser (Pugh); and his siblings, Ralph, Billy, Carolyn and Diana.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Becky Prosser (Brad), Shannon Prosser, Kristy Baumes (Scott), Scott Prosser (Amy), Joshua Prosser (Laura), Meaghan Gutowski (JJ), Matthew Prosser (Rachel), Zachary, Marissa, Bryan, Kaitlyn, Abigail, Nathaniel, Jaden, Brandon, Kendall, Olivia, Madelyn, Dylan, Devin and Oliver; his great grandchildren, Landyn and Emmaly; his siblings, Alton Prosser (Nancy), Janice Kirkland (Donald) and Randy Prosser; and his siblings-in-law, Wendy Cushman (John) and Alfred Weaver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, friends and extended family.
