With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Disalvo (Barneveld, New York), born in Utica, New York, who passed away on April 2, 2018 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, John Philo (Jack), Thomas Philo and Eli Philo, Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Eli C. and Elizabeth Philo (White); her husband Paul; her daughters, Deborah Martin (James) of Barneveld and Rhonda Welch (Michael) of Frankfort; and her grandchildren, Julianne Cannistra (Frank), James W. Martin III, Veronica L. Martin, Mary Kathryn Martin, Haleigh Welch, Shawn Welch, Bernard, Roxanne and Jack.
