She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Gorski and Mary Gorski; and her brother Anthony Gorski. She is survived by: her son Greg Urbanik (Mary Beth); her granddaughter Katrina Urbanik (Ben Wadas) of Barneveld; her brother-in-law Edmund Urbanik of Beacon, NY; and her goddaughter Mary Ann Wiater.
