He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Rotach and Congetta Rotach (Arcuri); and his siblings, Gerald "Jerry" Rotach, Cheryl Yozzo and Mary Anne Damuth.

He is survived by: his wife JoAnne; his daughters, Autum Leigh Rotach and Jenna Audrey Rotach (Michael Blynt); his siblings, Frederick Rotach and Petronella Yozzo; his sister-in-law Janet Rotach; and his cousin Bobby Durante (Danny Eanniello). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Clyde's name may be made to the National Wildlife Federation or No Kid Hungry.
