He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Gordon and Dorcas Lloyd Fuller (Bellinger); his siblings, Richard Fuller, Stanley Fuller, John Fuller and Evelyn Beirman; and his son-in-law Kenneth Ortlieb.
He is survived by: his spouse Joanna D. Zeller; his children, Robert J. Fuller (Carmen) of Barnes Corners, Steven P. Fuller of Glenfield, Deborah S. Ortlieb of Glenfield and Thomas A. Fuller (Kristel) of Lowville; and his siblings, Wayne Fuller (Helen) of Stafford and Elizabeth Peck of Felts Mills. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
