She was predeceased by: her parents, William Higgins and Phyllis Higgins (Perry); her siblings, Jackie Higgins and William Higgins, Jr.; and her in-laws, Sam and Robin Seager.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Seager of Barker; her children, Elizabeth Phillips (James), Joshua Ferguson (Sara), Joseph Ferguson and Angelita Seager; her stepdaughter Tiffany Cap (Doug); her grandchildren, Jocelyn, Serenity, Colton Ferguson, Collins Phillips, Logan and Zoey Mock; her siblings, Patricia Presnell (Nick), Christine Sass, John Higgins (Stacey) and Shane Higgins (Lurine); and her close friend Vicky Cogar (Jeffrey).
