He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sutfin and Marion Sutfin; and his siblings, Robert Sutfin, Anita Jenkins and Joan Woodbeck.
He is survived by: his wife Ilene Sutfin; his children, William Sutfin, Jr., James Sutfin, Jeffery Sutfin, Dawn Riley (Bob), Beth Moro (Scott) and Michael Sutfin; his grandchildren, Heather, Sean, Daniel, Emily and Jacob; and his great grandchild Savannah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
