He was predeceased by: his parents, George Bentley and Dorothy Weaver Bentley; his brother Robert Bentley; his parents-in-law, John and Alayne Murphy; and his brother-in-law Rev. John Murphy.
He is survived by: his wife Jacalyn Bentley; his children, Jodi Reynolds (Edward), Ronald Bentley (Raymond Mace), Tracey Bentley, Melisa Bentley (Jeremy Knight), Todd Bentley (Wendy), Tammy Westcott-LaPier (Jeff) and Eric Bentley; his grandchildren, Olivia Reynolds, Hunter Reynolds, Matthew Knight, Timothy Hinkley, Sonya Bentley, Naomie Bentley (Mike), Derrick Westcott and Donielle Smith (Mike); his stepgrandchildren, Kailey Mace and Joel Mace; and his siblings-in-law, James Murphy, Michael Murphy (Carole) and Peggy Murphy (Steve Ball). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
