He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Moran and Marie Wilmot Moran; his wife Lorraine A. Sefcik Moran; and his sisters, Joan Hugger and Patricia Spiak.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas W. Moran, Jr. (Maureen), Raymond Arthur Moran (Tammy) and Marie Ann Sanchez (Christian); and his grandchildren, Thomas James "TJ" Moran, Ryan Hegarty Moran, Noah, Teagan Moran, Gabriella, Christopher and Jason Sanchez. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Special Olympics.
