It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Lynn Simmons of Ballston Spa, New York, who passed away on December 22, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Joan Harmon and Jack Harmon; her husband Mark; her children, Collin and Noelle; her daughter-in-law Emily; her grandchildren, Aliyah, Clementine and Elijah; and her siblings, David, Michael, Ron and Diane. She is also survived by her family first, a trusted best friend to her husband and friends.
In lieu of flowers, her family asks that in her honor you please enjoy a sleepover with your grandchildren, take a trip to the ocean and dip a toe, or maybe turn on QVC and order something that brings you joy that you may not really need.
